Red Bull Gym Clash UAE is a high-energy team fitness competition held annually in Dubai. The event brings together elite gym teams of four—two men and two women—to battle through intense workout challenges. Athletes compete in two main workout blocks: one focused on strength and skill, and the other on power and endurance. The skill block includes max lifts like deadlifts and clean & jerks, testing each athlete’s raw strength. The endurance block features synchronized team movements, such as burpees, rowing, squats, and devil's presses. Teams accumulate points across both blocks to determine national rankings. The winning team from the UAE qualifies to represent the country at the World Final in Athens.
